       An excellent debut story by a new author.

       This is a re-telling/parody of O. Henry's short story The Ransom
       of Red Chief.
       Two professional spankers are travelling the country in the
       early 20th century offering their services to towns all over the
       USA to reign in unruly boys. They come to Summit and realize
       that corporal punishment already rules and there are no unruly
       boys in Summit. The local vicar advises that there is one boy
       who could use their services - young Johnny, aka, Red Chief.
       Red Chief is the local brat and his parents do not support CP.
       Determined to turn Red Chief around, the heroes of the story
       kidnap the boy and the adventure begins.
