I can get on MMSA story archive. I was even able to submit a
story.
But I can't get on the forum. It's been down for a long time
now. Under reconstruction.
This message is the first I have seen anywhere where others are
finding the same thing.

At one point today you got a 'dangerous site' warning that
scammers could be after your details!
That has now gone and one can get to the site to read stories
etc. But the Forum is still inaccessible with a message saying
that the site is under reconstruction. This is what has been
showing for the last week or so.

Educationally and professionally, I actually am from a
tech/programming background, so I feel pretty confident that I
can at least attempt to fathom (in the form of an "educated
guess") as to the scope and complexity of moving/updating the
discussion forums! Thus, in that respect, I do feel both
sympathetic and, as a result, magnanimous towards Flag around
the time-frame of all this...
Still, one thing I simply cannot deny: The longer that default
message remains up, with neither the forums reappearing nor even
an updated message, I do grow more anxious and, at times,
pessimistic... No personal judgment or criticism of Flag
himself, mind you, just my subjective and idiosyncratic thoughts
and feelings. ???

It might be worthwhile emailing flag@malespank.net and asking,
politely, when the Forum is likely to be restored. That would at
least give him an indication it is missed.

It has been pointed out to me that at the bottom of the notice
it has "copyright © 2005-2020" and that the forum was in fact
moved to a new server fairly recently (?2020). Does that suggest
that the forum is not in fact being moved to a new server
(something Flag would surely have advised in advance) but that
it is down for some other reason and that the notice has
appeared by default?
