Martin and Aran

Does anyone here remember my Martin (and Aran) series? There are
seven stories published in MMSA. They are my most read stories
and the most voted for. Well, something provoked me to write
number eight in the series, and it's ready to post - if any
story is ever ready.
My memory told me that I'd written the seven stories over many
years with the last one just a few years ago. To my great
surprise, now that I'm ready to post number eight, I see that in
fact all the previous in the series were posted in 2009 and
2010. I can hardly believe it. False memory syndrome!
Does it make sense to post number eight after all this time?

Of course, it makes sense. Actually, it makes more sense doing
it that way, then consecutively in a short span.
You will get a whole new set of readers, that will need to go
back to the start and read the others to catch up, so your
numbers on the earlier ones should increase.
My opinion any way.

I have a hard time following my own advice, but here goes:
Do what you like and don't think too much about what readers may
think. Maybe the story doesn' t attract masses of readers or
recomendations. Or maybe people discover or rediscover your
series and become fans.
So, just go for it!

Well, I posted the story about a month ago and it's now sunk off
the first page after getting 47/48 recommendations. Not quite
enough for Flag's new six-pointed stars.
