Hello and advice please

Hello everyone,
I found and joined this forum in the hope that I can get some
advice please.
I have been told that to paddle or cane etc into the crease
between thigh and bottom can cause dangerous blood clots. This
is completely new to me and I have seen many videos in which the
top will often aim specifically for the crease line as it's very
sensitive.
Has anyone else heard of the blood clot issue please ?

That sounds reasonable, but I didn't want to give medical advice
without really having any expertise. :)

Also a reminder to make sure to keep your play consensual for
