       I think when you're redoing two different places at once, you're
       pushing it.  I can certainly understand wanting to wait to take
       on anything else.
       I can't remember exactly when, but I think it's only been about
       4 years since we did a major kitchen remodeling, including new
       tile.  My home is only 19 years old, so there's no reason to
       redo much now, except for aesthetic reasons.  The kitchen was an
       exception, because we just needed more/bigger appliances.
