Yes they are indeed but that has now been rectified.
I just checked and it is because of the following which appears
at the top of your lists
To reduce server load and make browsing easier for authors with
HUGE story lists, the site navigation bars have been added to
this page. The default listing limit is 200 per page. If this is
not suitable, you can change this limit by adding "&max=100" (or
whatever number you prefer) to the browser URL.
The intention was that the stats would appear in batches of 200
so that you and P J have 5 pages; Bunbuster 9 pages for his 1674
stories; Graham 6 pages for his 1020 etc. The first page should
have e g 'most recent' 1 to 200; the next 201- 400; then
401-600 etc..
Initially there was a fault with every page displaying the
entire list from latest down to the very first.
This has now been fixed

This is a final message to clarify that as far as we know, all
issues with the MMSA Story Archive have now been resolved.
Flag has worked tirelessly night and day to re-code the system
and sort out numerous ‘bugs’ which arose subsequently.
The full 40,000 story archive was restored several days back.
Stories and modifications may now be submitted and the review
section is functioning.
FORUM will take much more time to fix but will be done – see
Flag’s statement in Newsdesk
On behalf of the MMSA community may I thank Jack Wells for
making the Bransom site available to tell everyone what has been
happening

The following is Flag’s final up date [from the admin/reviewer
section] relating to the STORY ARCHIVE. :
Everything is now back online, public pages
too.
Story posting is fixed and enabled! Stories may be approved and
reviewed now, everything is working.
..........
Story stats are now fixed. Feedback issue (flagging read
messages) is fixed and browser caching there has been prevented
as far as I am able. I don't think I can improve on the result.
I think that's the lot now.

Thank you, Johnno and Jack, for keeping us in the loop.
I checked my story stats and feedback messages, and everything
looks fine.
Since we Germans are pretty active in the forum (though most of
the posts are just sheepshit ;D), I hope it can be repaired,
too, but there's no hurry.

If I understand correctly, there's no actual repair needed. The
problem is it was coded for an old system, and it won't display
on the new code. The changes Flagellant is making are more in
the ways of updates than repairs.

It most certainly will be up dated and made available again.
EN forum members [and the site admin] can see how the German
Green Room has had such enthusiastic and excited participation
:)
As Jack has pointed out all codes for all of Forum have to be
updated from the previous very antiquated PHP 5.6 (which we
have always used) to the newer PHP 7.2 as now required by the
host Dreamhost.
The priority has always been to update the PHP codes for the
Story Archive first, both because that is more important [and
really the reason for MMSA to exist] and because Forum is also
very complex to fix. :'(

Further up date re Forum to say Flagellant is about to start
working on the restoration of MMSA Forum, now that the Story
Archive had been fully up dated with new codes to make the site
compatible with required PHP 7.2 and the bugs have been sorted
out.
So you may have everything back soon

I have downloaded update files for the forum and will start to
update that tomorrow, integrating my changes. The update process
ought to be fairly painless since (unlike last time) there isn't
a massive database update necessary to make it compatible with
the new forum version. I'm going to take it slow and careful,
though.
