10 January 2020 - Tornado Warning

I had to leave chat early and suddenly because we had a tornado
warning with sirens going off and everything.
Because of that, I just wanted to assure everyone who was there
(and those who might see something in the news) that we're fine.
All of us (including the animals) headed down to the basement
and rode out the warning. We were hit with a pretty severe
thunderstorm, but it was one of those that flew by. I haven't
checked the outside (it's still raining and we have thunder
ongoing), but there was almost no hail and I don't see any
damage.
We do have some cancelled plans and a few unexpected guests
tonight, but everything is fine overall.

Happy that all are well and safe.
I did see the warnings for your area. Even though I don't know
the exact area, I know the general area so knew you were getting
some extreme weather.
Basements are really nice in areas that have severe weather.
With no school tomorrow, I suppose any kids that were there for
the storm will be staying their overnight.
Glad that all are safe and well.
