14 February 2019 - St. Bryce's Day - v.20

Just thought I'd mention that today is Bryce's birthday.
No, he's not coming home. He has wrestling going on right now.
Noah has track. Johnny has baseball. All of them have classes.
And while my kids are out next week for President's Day next
Monday, the colleges won't be having a day off.
However, it's not like he doesn't have family around. Steve is
living down there now, and Bryce goes to school with Noah,
Barry, Blake, Johnny and Josh, and they have a lot of friends
there. To that end, I put some extra money on Noah's debit card
this week, and they're going out tonight to have a birthday
dinner for him, and I had a cake delivered to his dorm room, so
it's not like he's going to be feeling ignored. As for actual
presents... I got him the Welcome to Apocalypseburg! Lego set,
which I know he'll love. I also sent a Movie gift card, so he
and his friends can go see that or Alita: Battle Angel this
weekend, just so he's sure Dad was thinking of him.
