       Why Cant I Open ITr?

       Ive downloaded it a millon times... but I still keep getting the
       same error. ERROR MESSAGE:"This application has failed to start
       because d3dx9_37.dll was not found. Re-installing the
       application may fix this problem." and the dynamic library one.
       BUT I cant even open the game to change it to open_GL and i dont
       know how to do it in the files either. Could someone help me
       solve it or tell me how to change the rendering system by
       codeing and changeing stuff. Thanks! ~ Resta

       Have you extracted the folder inside the zip to your desktop or
       C: disk?

       Have you re-installed? If you have and it still comes up with
       this, try running your account as administrator.
