[solved] Downloaded, now what?

I downloaded the game and now, I don't know what to do.
Somebody help please? I tried to understand the first topic on
the top, I don't understand what it was saying because I am
stupid sometimes... Please help me! I downloaded the game with
WinRAR and now I have it downloaded but I don't have it actually
on my desktop or in my computer what so ever.

Extract the folder in the zip to your desktop.
Then go to it - game - Release - ITR.exe
Keep in mind, the server is down at the moment.
