       [Solved] Are shards for admins only?

       An admin dropped some shards and,well,I picked one up thinking
       it was some kind of item drop.Then someone said that shards are
       for admins,so I decided to drop it,but I accidently put it in my
       stash without knowing.Is it okay to have one?I thought they were
       still public items that could be won in contests. ???
