       />I keep getting this everytime I Try to open ITR 3: i'm really
       annoyed by this. anyone got help? P.S. Tried Running as Admin.
       P.P.S. I checked the files and i have that file.

       Your missing the ocrecore.zip
       For some reason, the installation/copy pasting of the ITr has
       some errors, I'll contact an admin.
