Um, I'm not sure if this goes in the right topic. x3 But here
goes: I made a item and I'd like to know how to test it in-game
if the server isn't up.

Hm... my only suggestion is to try to backup the files
of one item, then replace those files with your item, making
sure the name is the same of the backup files so the game
doesn't glitch out and you don't crash everyone.
It's almost like what I used to find an item hacker that was
crashing everyone on old ITr.
but I believe this would only be possible in a preset campaign
file or when the server is up.

You have to code the item ingame, And then place it on a
character through a campaign. But have you got the item alligned
correctly? Texturized etc? If not it'll bring up a ton of ogre
errors.
I can try to help you, But I'm not entirely sure on doing it.
