Event Rules

Everybody may make an event, that can be for example: race
event, convoy
but ask me first (just send me a message).
When I've allowed your event you can make a topic about it.
Things that MUST be in the topic:
1. Every topic name must contain date of the event, after the
events name. (Please put date in ())
2. One event = one topic
3. Each events post, has to contain:
- time and time zone (GMT)
- date
- where starts
- if its a race, than prizes.
Maps and end point is not always necesary. Also a few
details/description about event is welcome.
Useful tags: (Use these tags in [] and before events name)
Date TBA - date unknown, to be announced
SIGNUPS - people need to sign up before the event starts
OVER - When event has ended
CANCELED - Event has been canceled
If you cancel the event modify the topics name in this form ->
[CANCELED]Events name
If the event ends modify the topics name in this form ->
[OVER]Events name
In BOTH of these rules REMOVE the date.
Examples:

[SIGNUPS] Race (21.12)
[SIGNUPS][Date TBA] Rally
BEFORE. [SIGNUPS] Race (21.12) -> AFTER. [CANCELED] Race
BEFORE. Convoy (21.12) -> AFTER. [OVER] Convoy
