on one of the Village streets
says to ALL: thoughts of the FM passing fill My mind as I make
My way around to see the others, I go slowly and try to breathe
slowly clearing My mind, I watch as I see the children at thier
daily assignments learning, the younger ones going for walks
with thier care givers.. the older ones practicing a skill .. a
few of them come out to Hug Me and proudly announce different
achievements and such.. I smile softly to them and congratulate
them.. as I head to the next stop on My rounds...

on one of the Village streets
says to ALL: the streets end at certian points and Id find My
self following one of the paths that go beyond the village, Once
this happens I suddenly have 3 guards following. I just ignore
them ash following as well and go to the Hut not far out. I was
fine as if I wasnt Ash woudl be acting up, and I had heard about
someone out here. I would carefully move up the path slowing
when I Near the hut.

says to ALL: as the hut nears I slow down almost to a stop I
call out.. "Hello? is anyone here? I am IXCHEL the Island
Physician.. I heard someone here needed help". I would stop a
few feet from the Hut and wait...

says to ALL: As I spoke and approached My guards woudl come
closer and now there were more , the others must have joined
them the moment I stepped off the main road. all armed and ready
to spring into action should something happen...I could hear
crying in the hut and I went around to the front and poked My
head in the opened door....

at a small abandoned hut
probably used by lookouts long ago
says to ALL: Once inside that small hut that offered little
protection but from the wind and elements, it didnt provide heat
.. I seen a young girl curled up frightened in the corner.. as I
entered and sat next to her I tried to calm her down, she shook
and I talked softly "tal Girl.. Its ok you are safe now.. ". She
would look Me over not sure if she should trust Me or not..

at a small abandoned hut
probably used by lookouts long ago
says to ALL: the girl will not speak but she holds her hand out
to Me.. I softly ask " will you come with Me? I will take you
into the village, to the CLinic where I work.. and you will be
fed , washed , and examimed and such.. then we can discuss your
options..?" she nods and stands as I stand.. I can see she is
weak so I call one of the guards to carry her for Me. I then
head back down the path to the village streets..

says to ALL: Once at the village streets once again the one
guard and I go to the clinic one guard goes off to find Lethros
to let Him know what we found, and the others go off to who
knows where.. we get the girl to the clinic and the guard
carries her into the exam room...

the Medical Long House
says to ALL: the guard takes her directly into the exam room and
ayalah and izzy immediatly start to wash her.. I tell them, take
her into the wash room and give her a proper bath.. then we can
examine her .. so the slave girls help the girl into another
room with a basin of warm water, I have them always keep the
water fresh and warm for instances like this especially in the
winter when the springs are hard to use.

says toALL: this one and izzy bring the lost girl into the
washing room to clean her up, she was so young and beautiful as
we get her into the warm water she sighs and winces.. she loves
the warmth but she has cuts and wounds that are hurting. the
water has some healing oils and soaps. we give her a small cloth
and she washes herself as izzy starts with the hair, ayala
keeping the water warm by adding small amounts of hot water at a
time.. dipping out the dirty water between warming sessions.

says toALL: once the girls body and hair was washed and she felt
a bit better the slave girls would help her out of the water and
dried her, then she would be given a green silk to wear as her
clothes she had would be burned. The Phy would provide her with
appropriate clothing when it was time. then ayalah would walk
her back to the exam room as izzzy cleaned up the bath and
refreshed the water... the girl would climb up on the table and
ayalah would call for the Mistress and wait with the girl ...

says to ALL: Once the girl was back I came into the room and
sent ayalah off to fetch the girl a meal tray.. she would be
hungry and I would not deny her food at this time. once ayalah
left I say to her.." Now dear girl I have told you My name now
what is yours...She would pause a moment and look down as if to
be ashamed or shy and says..." I have no name.. that i know of..
have been called girl or worse most of My life that I can
recall" I would think and nod and give you a cup of tea..."
drink this Hun It has some specical herbs in it your body will
need to heal. " just then ayalah comes in with the food and I
nod as she gives it to the girl.. " eat " I tell her and she
drinks and eats as if she wont ever get anymore

says to ALL: after a few minutes the girl was done eating and Id
just smile as ayalah then takes the tray away and I hold out My
hand to take hers and feel for a pulse as I say " Tell Me where
do you come from, what is going on? Is someone looking for you?"
Listening to her talk calling out vitals results to write down
in the archaic language..

says to ALL: I would listen to the girls story as she told Me
about the small group of people there , she was always told NOT
to come to the village and how she was treated.. I looked for a
sigh of her being a slave as if there was one Id have to return
her at some point but she had no collar, No brand or piercings..
she never mentions being a slave but ther Father treated her
this way... Id nod and think on a few things... then I have her
lay down and explain that I need to examine her inside she
tenses but nods and lays back

carefully slip My hand inside and feel around.. again in the
archaic calling notes for ayalah to write down, the girl was not
a virgin that was easy to see but she seemed other wise
healthy.. Id remove my hand then wash them telling her she could
sit up...that we were nearly done..

I say.." well Hun tonight you will stay here in the clinic and I
will have a talk with My Mate who is the High Jarl of the island
to decide what we will do with you.." Id hand her a peppermint
drop and Id head over to the counter where the notes were being
kept and I ask ayalah to take her to one of the rooms...

Jarl" as they passed, the girl with ayalah looks but a bit more
frightened to You as well and just says "Tal" but nothing else
as she is led away to one of the rooms.

up and pack My bag knowing that ayalah or izzy woudl get the
rest when I suddenly hear Your voice and I jump a bit as I turn
to see You entering the room. "Oh Dear.. You startled me where
did You come Form.. " Then Id smile and say " Tal Love. It is I
just treated a girl I found in the woods.. We will need to talk
about her soon..." I come over and give You a hug.
