I have no idea about the matter. I really think there is a lack
of priests, though if there's a more important group of faithful
willing to have the non una cum mass, I will tell the IMBC or
another sede group and they'll certainly do their best to have a
more frequent mass.
I'm sure there is some sede group, but they just get discouraged
because the sede mass is too far... :(

Last I heard, there are 3 "Resistance" priests in Ireland - Frs
Bufe, MacDonald and Ballini.
Have they been approached re Non Una Cum Mass?
Do we know their stance?

Father Abraham is definitely non una cum.
"L’abbé Abraham lui non plus n’est plus accepté pour dire la
messe pour The Recusant (peut-être en raison de ses vues non una
cum)."
(Father Abraham is no longer accepted to say the mass for the
Recusant (maybe because of his position on the non una cum)

Fathers Ballini and MacDonald are definitely not sedevacantist.
Rather, they are strongly against it (in particular Father
Ballini).
