       Rules

       All Users Must Follow these Rules :
       1. Managers and Co-Managers are the Only People who can Sign
       Players
       2. Players must be Signed 15 Mins before Kick-Off
       3. Managers or Co-Managers must post Line-Ups 5 Mins before the
       Game and Post Stats No Later then 1 Hour after Kick-Off Or This
       Will Result in a defualt loss.
       4. You Must have a GK and ANY
       5. Games can be Delayed by 10 Mins with a 5 Minute shadow Period
       6. You are Allowed 3 Resets However this Must be done before the
       10th Minute
       7. Clubs must be Named IFL Club Name If you can not then try to
       get as close as you can.
       8. No Racial Abuse , Sexism or any other Abuse
       9. Refusal to Play will Result in a 5 Game Ban
       10. Managers who Step Down Will Receive a 1 Season Ban unless
       they find an Agreed Replacement
       11. You Must Play in your Teams Official Kit
       12. Admins have the Final Decision
       13. No 5 At the Back or Custom Formations
       14. No Park the Bus.
       15. No Time Wasting.
