       Underwater Goddess **ANIMATED**

       [size=12pt]I've created this in PSP9 and I would assume it can
       be created in all versions.
       You'll also need some knowledge of working with layers and of
       Animation Shop.
       Supplies needed:
       A tube of choice. I'm using one by Maxine Gadd

       Do not use the same tube without the appropriate license.
       Font of choice.  I'm using Polonaise.
       Plugins:
       Mura's Meister - Copies
       Greg's Factory Output - Splash
       1.  Open a new transparent image 600 x 250 pixels.
       2.  Select two medium colours from your tube, setting them as
       your foreground and background colours.
       Set your foreground to a foreground-background gradient, with
       the following settings:

       Flood fill your canvas with this gradient.
       3.  Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
       Apply Mura's Meister - Copies to your tube layer, using the Wave
       (horizontal) setting.
       4.  Still on your tube layer, apply Greg's Factory Output -
       Splash, with the following settings:

       5.  Change the blend mode on this layer to Luminance (Legacy).
       Drop the opacity to 60, or something that suits your tag.
       Merge visible.
       6.  Copy and paste your tube again and move it into position,
       resizing if necessary.
       Add a drop shadow of choice.
       7.  Add a new raster layer.  Flood fill with one of your chosen
       colours.
       Selections - Select All.  Selections - Modify - Contract by 2.
       Flood fill with your other colour.
       Selections - Modify - Contract by 1.
       Flood fill with black (or white, depending on your tag)
       Selections - Modify - Contract by 2.
       Press delete on your keyboard.
       Selections - Select None.
       8.  Add your name, copyright and licence number (if necessary).
       If you do not want to animate your tag, stop here and save as a
       jpeg....otherwise, carry on
       9.  Highlight your background layer.
       Edit - Copy.
       Go over to Animation Shop and paste as a new animation.
       10.  In Animation Shop, go to Effects - Insert Image Effect with
       the following settings:

       Select the Customize button.
       Under Effects, select 'Apply Sunlight Dappling'.
       Sunlight Intensity to 20
       Water Depth to 50
       Now, for your waves:
       Wave 1       X: -15      Y: 30
       Wave 2       X: -15      Y: -51
       Wave 3       X: 27       Y: 38
       Wave 4       X: -41      Y: -8
       Wave 5       X: 2         Y: 63
       Wave 6       X: 26       Y: -8
       Wave 7       X: -8        Y: -12
       Wave 8       X: 0         Y: 0
       Wave 9       X: -73      Y: 37
       Press the 'OK' button, then press 'OK' again.
       11.  Go to the first frame of your animation and delete it
       (there should be no effect on it).
       Edit - Select All.
       12.  Go back to Paintshop and hide your background layer.
       Edit - Copy Merged.
       13.  Go back to Animation Shop and paste as a new animation.
       Duplicate this until you have the same number of frames as your
       underwater animation
       (it should have 8 frames if you've used the same settings as me)
       Edit - Select All.
       I'm not sure how other people do this, but this is my method
       14.  Make sure you can see the first frame on both your
       animation and tag.
       With your tag active, hold down the left mouse button somewhere
       within your first frame.
       Still with the mouse button held down, drag it across to your
       underwater animation.
       Once you are happy with the position of your tag, release the
       mouse button.
       The whole tag should now have moved across onto your animation.
       15.  View - Animation and check if you are happy with where the
       tag sits.
       If not, you can go to Edit - Undo Drag.  You'll have to also go
       to Edit - Undo Drag on your tag,
       then you can repeat the previous step.
       Once you're happy, save as a .gif.
       And you're done :)
