       Bouncing Light Forum Set

       [size=12pt]I've used PSP9 for this tutorial, however you should
       be able to create this tag in all versions.
       Supplies needed:
       An image of choice.  I'm using one by Cris Ortega
  HTML http://www.crisortega.com
       .  You may also use a tube if you like.
       Font of choice.  I've used Oxida.
       Plugins:
       Mura’s Meister – Copies
       Filter Factory N – Bulging Edge Average
       Andrew’s Filters 42 - Bouncing Light Show
       AAA Frames – Foto Frame
       1.  Open your image or tube of choice.
       If using an image:
       2. Crop the image to the area you would like to use for your tag
       3. Resize your cropped image to 400 pixels high (the width
       doesn't matter)
       4. Apply AAA Frames - Foto Frame with the following settings:

       5. Add a new layer above your image and flood fill black.
       6. Selections - Select All.  Selections - Modify - Contract by 1
       pixel.
       Press Delete on your keyboard.  Deselect.
       7. Merge your layers together.
       If using a tube:
       8. Add a layer below your tube and flood fill with a colour of
       your choice.  Merge visible.
       9. Crop to the area of your tube you would like to use, ensuring
       it remains 400 pixels high (width doesn't matter)
       10. Follow steps 4 to 7 of the Image directions.
       Now that you have your image ready, lets continue with the rest
       of the tag :)
       11. Select two colours from your image, a lighter and a darker
       one, and set them as your foreground and background.
       It doesn't matter which one is which.
       12. Open a new transparent image 600 x 250 pixels
       13. Create a foreground-background gradient, with the following
       settings:

       14. Floodfill with your gradient.  Duplicate this layer.
       15. On the duplicate, apply Andrew's Filters 42 - Bouncing Light
       Show with the following settings:

       16. Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) or use one of
       choice.
       17. Copy your framed image and paste as a new layer.
       18. Image - Rotate - Free Rotate with direction as Left and
       angle set to 25°
       19. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen if needed.
       20. Move your image to the right side of your canvas.
       21. Apply Mura's Meister - Copies using the following settings:

       22. Repeat Mura's effect again
       23. Merge visible.  Apply the same AAA Frame and black frame you
       applied to the image initially.
       24. Add your name in font of choice.  Add a drop shadow of
       choice.  Add all appropriate copyrights and license numbers.
       And you're done :)
