       [size=12pt]I've used PSP9 for this tutorial, however you should
       be able to create this tag in all versions.
       I am assuming you have some knowledge of how PSP works.
       Supplies needed:
       A tube of choice.  I’m using one by Karen Middleton

       Please do not use unless you have the appropriate license
       number.
       Font of choice.  I've used John Lennon
       Scrap Elements of choice.  I've used ones from Foxy's Designz

       which is a PTU scrap kit,
       also available from CDO
  HTML http://www.cdoestore.com
       Plugins:
       Mura’s Meister – Copies
       Xero - Abstractor
       AAA Frames - Foto Frame
       1.  Open a new transparent image 600 x 250 pixels
       2.  Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
       3.  Apply Mura Meister Copies, using the Wallpaper (Rotate)
       default settings.
       4.  Crop image to 600x250 pixels.  Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur
       with the following settings:

       Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More.  Duplicate this layer.
       5.  On your duplicate layer, apply Xero - Abstractor with the
       following settings:

       Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light, or one that suits your tag.
       Merge Visible.
       6.  Add any elements you like to your tag - I've used Elements 9
       and 11 out of my kit.
       I also changed the blend mode of Element 9 to Overlay.
       Add drop shadows, if required.
       7.  Paste your tube as a new layer and move it into position.
       Add a drop shadow of choice.
       8.  Highlight your bottom layer (this should be the layer you
       merged in step 5).
       Apply AAA Frames - Foto Frame with the following settings:

       9.  Add a new raster layer, and move it above your other layers.
       Flood fill it with black.
       Selections - Select All.  Selections - Modify - Contract by 1.
       Flood fill with white.  Keep Selected.
       Selections - Select All.  Selections - Modify - Contract by 1.
       Press Delete on your keyboard.
       Selections - Select None.
       10.  Add your name, copyright and license number (if required).
       And you're done :)
