Tumblr is fun and I've met great people there but I still love
having our own little corner of the internet ^^

There are a bit too many cats and memes on tumblr ;D but it can
be OK if you have specific interests. A lot of visual artists
for example use it as a replacement to a regular blog and it's
easier to get in touch through it. You don't feel the urge to be
relevant on tumblr, which can be good sometimes. But forums are
somewhat more practical to talk with people, lol.

Yeah tumblr is way more accessed towards pictures I think. There
can be text posts obviously but it's not to good to have proper
discussions, unless you go crazy in the ask box.

I hope it's not too snotty to say, but I've never met anyone on
tumblr like anyone from IO. We're a magical lot.
