Had a pretty good bday, even though by kid standards it could be
considered boring...I mean, the most exciting thing was getting
a rather short line for a driver's license renewal! Success!
Also, having an iPad mini is pretty NOICE.

One of my best friends from Australia whom I met when I did my
semester in Raleigh is coming to Europe in less than a month so
I should see him in Paris with other people from our group of
friends and then he should come to my house and we might go to
Amsterdam.
Then in August, another friend from Raleigh is coming to France
for a couple of weeks, and around the same time, ANOTHER
American friend who was in my class in senior high should be
visiting too. It's so great!!

Woooow so belatedly but I was there for three days, bought my
dress, arrived early at the event, started talking to someone
who turned out to be there to interview Dmitry, got to be there
for his interviews and photoshoot, had a lovely chat with him
and headed home. Interestingly enough, my very good friend Steph
(who was there when I met him) saw him a couple days later at
the queue for Muse!
As you guys know, though, a lot has happened since then. I did
an interview with him and he was nice enough to come to my book
signing.
But anyway... very late follow up on all of that HAHA
God I want to be back in NYC more than anything in the world
right now.

VACATION!
Bestie got married yesterday. Only 3 days in and have barely
slept. Loved my hotel room bed. At airport going to San Diego.
Gonna see Weird Al tomorrow.
