       German SSR declaration of neutrality

       The German SSR has declared neutrality and will not be involved
       in any war unless attacked first. This new German Soviet Law has
       been put into action after 473 of the 500 people in the Goviet
       Comintern voted in favor for it at 11:11 PM this here day.
