In the nsme of god, the compassionate, the merciful.
I the supreme lord Al-Amir of Mesr, after many years of civil
strife and tribal wars, have ascended the throne thanks to the
Falahist movement. I greet the world by announcing our new
constitution. It will be on display for all to see once it is
ratified. In the meantime, my decree and word is law. Our
republic, however, will be one of allah and socialism as
dictated by Falahi ideology. I am sending this letter to ask
that all recognize this fact and to announce thr opening of
embassy for those nation interested in open relations.

The Goviet Comintern, after a long debate, has voted not in
favor for recognizing Al-Amir nor Mesr formally as a nation. The
debate ended with 273 out of the 500 people in the Goviet
Comintern voting against the recognition of Mesr and his leader
as a nation and has deemed him "just another Iraqi warlord that
will end up killing innocent Christians and Westerners just like
the old terrorist organization of ISIS" and his government "a
threat to the stability of the area."

The German USSR rejection shall not be a deteriant for our
revolution. The people of Mesr have entrusted me with directing
a new future for Mesr. I invite the western leaders to come and
watch our debate we as Falahi conduct overseen by me. The
excellent guardian of Islam. We ask the leader of German USSR to
withhold his opinion until they see our constitution.

The Goviet Comintern has decided unanimously to send the leader
of the German SSR to Mesr to view this constitution of theirs to
see of it will be able to change the minds of the Goviet
Comintern.

Here is our preamble.
"We the people of Mesr hereby declare after the ratification of
this constitution, our new Falahi republic. After years of
struggle we have defeated the authotitarian regime of the Ba'ath
party, and have established a new and more perfect nation under
Allah. The Republic of Mesr shall guarantee the pursuit of
happiness, public welfare and and stability of the state. Our
grand lord Al-Amir has declared our national day of independence
on the day of this constitutions ratification by all tribes and
states."

The Government of DEN recently declared that they will not
recognize this new state as an independent, sovereign country.
They site the large extremist approach that they have taken, as
well as pointing out their lack of a stable government.

The government sites their extreme devotion to Allah, their God,
as the source for extremism. It is basically fascism, yet in a
theocracy.
