       Security Council Nominations

       It has been suggested we put who should be the permanent members
       of the security council to a vote. I don't think that's a bad
       idea so I'll start a thread for it.
       I'd like to nominate Caos and Uniformitarian, they are both
       pretty active members already.
       Before anyone suggests it, I don't want the job.
