After the invasion of Russia to the Ukraine the Crimea peninsula
fell apart after the UN sanctions depleted the nation and it's
region causing smaller regions to become independent nations.
With the ununited governed lands surrounding the Crimea
peninsula and itself becoming more conformed with each others
society and social norms. A small group of nationalist leaders
unit to from the East Europe Confederate Union which under this
union purposed that one nation should from in order to maintain
balance in the region. After many debates and some blood shed in
certain regions, the nation of Hallock was formed. Named after
the leader of East Europe Confederate Union, Hallock was the
first nation in Crimea to pull resources together and instate
total rule of the region. The bodily government then decided to
switch the nation to a Federal Government in order for each
parish to have it's own rules of education and traditions while
the federal body did not have a nation but embassies in each
parish.

The Government of Federal Republic of Hallock was run by a
Senate and the Presidential Office. The president office was
composed of two groups: the president and his committee. The
president was elected by getting the majority of the votes of
the people, people's senate, and federal senate. The president's
role is to command the military as a whole and to have total
control over the resources of Hallock. He is then allowed to
elect his/her committee. The committee consist of Secretary of
State, War, Treasury, Labor, Education, Resources, Interior, and
Health. The committee must then be approved by the Supreme
Court. Reelections happen every 5 years and max term in years is
20.
The committee over seeds different aspects of Hallock. The Sec
of State deals with neighboring countries and establishes
embassies to communicate peace and resources. The Sec of War is
over the Navy, Air Force, Army, National Guard. The NG breaks
into two barriers federal police forces which include Federal
Police Task Force, which is equivalent to the FBI and Emergency
Task Force which aids the nation in natural disaster and coups
of terrorism within the nation, and Parish police force, which
includes parish police, fire fighter, etc. The Sec of Treasury
is over the finances of the country. The Sec of Labor is the
managing body of business and labor laws. The Sec of Education
and Health are self explainable. The Sec of Interior is over the
procedding that the government is managed and ran efficiently.
The Sec of Resources is over the management of the countries
energy resources.
The senate is selected by the vote of the people each individual
parish is allowed to elect one senate leader to represent them
in the Senate. The Senate proposes laws and debates them before
being sent over to the federal senate then the presidential
office. Reelection is every 5 years and max terms are 15 years.
Mid presidential term.
The Federal Senate is made up of two parties the Supreme court
who are elected every 5 years with the senate elections and the
12 judges elected by the presidential office. The Federal Senate
balances Federal rules and regulations and Parishes rules and
regulation so no conflicts arise from either or. The Supreme
Court is elected by the senate and holds 12 seats of power. In a
parish bond case the highest authority in law is the Supreme
court vice versa for the Presidential elects. The max terms for
the courts in each department is 10 years.

Law within the region has two aspects: Constitutional and
Parish. The Constitution is law over all land of Hallock while
local parish law is bond only to that parish's people. The
Constitution allows freedom of speech, arms, fair trail, and
liberties to pursuit happiness without affecting the rights of
others. Parish laws range according to that region. In my
roleplay, all other countries respectfully deal with the Federal
Government of Hallock and not the individual parishes of
Hallock.
