       Article 2 The Assembly of Nations
       Section 1:The Assembly of Nations shall consist of all  Members
       in good standing of the International Union of States.
       Section 2: Each Member shall have one representative in the
       Assembly of Nations and shall receive one vote.
       Section 3: The Members of the International Union of States
       agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Assembly of
       Nations in accordance with the present Charter.
       Section 4: Nations who are members of the region, but do not
       wish to be members of this organization in character, shall be
       considered observers. Observers may vote on out of character
       resolutions but not in character resolutions. Likewise observers
       are bound by out of character resolutions but not in character
       resolutions.
       Section 5: The Assembly of Nations may take up any questions or
       any matters within the scope of the present Charter or relating
       to the powers and functions of any organs provided for in the
       present Charter.
       Section 6: The Assembly of Nations may consider the general
       principles of co-operation in the maintenance of international
       peace and security, including the principles governing the
       regulation of armaments.
       Section 7: The Assembly of Nations may discuss any questions
       relating to the maintenance of international peace and security
       brought before it by any Member of the International Union of
       States, or by the Security Council, or by a state which is not a
       Member of the International Union of States.
       Section 8: The Assembly of Nations may discuss all matters
       pertaining to international law and the establishment thereof.
       Section 9: Nothing contained in the present Charter shall
       authorize the International Union of States to intervene in
       matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction
       of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters
       to settlement under the present Charter.
       Section 10: All proposed resolutions must bear the following
       labels in their tittles clearly labeling the area they are
       intended to impact. [IC] for resolutions affecting roleplay,
       [OOC] For resolutions affecting forum rules, [MT] for
       resolutions affecting the modern era of roleplay, [PMT] for
       resolutions affecting the post modern era of roleplay, and [FT]
       for resolutions affecting the future era of roleplay.
       Section 11:  All votes in the Assembly of Nations, except those
       specifically mentioned in the current charter, shall be by a
       majority of members present. There shall be no quorum.
       Section 12: All resolutions passed by the Assembly of Nations
       shall be submitted to the Security Council for its approval. If
       the Security Council approves the President of the Council shall
       affix his signature to it and the same shall become
       International Law. If not then the resolution shall be vetoed.
       Section 13: The Assembly of Nations shall consider and approve
       the budget of the Organization; and the expenses of the
       Organization shall be borne by the Members as apportioned, in a
       fair and equitable manner, by the Assembly of nations.
       Section 14: The Assembly of Nations shall adopt its own rules of
       procedure, elect its President and other such officers as it may
       establish, and shall be able to establish such subsidiary organs
       as it deems necessary for the performance of its functions.
