Well, us being frozen neighbors, food seems to be in short
supply, no? We could give you a share in the Svalbard Global
Seed vault, allowing your crop production to increase
exponentially. We could also give you fishing rights in our
waters, bringing in even more food.

"I have plenty food down here... we use specialized greenhouses
to grow a lot more food. Currently, we're working on underground
growing plants... perhaps down hundreds of feet, and filled with
farms. Just an idea, of course. But we'd be glad to fish on your
lands... I know you have quite the landscape, no? So how about
this for a deal:
We'll trade with you food, fish, and oil, in return for coal,
iron, and other materials. How about that?"

mention that iron can really come in handy. I have another deal
as well. I don't know what you could want, but could we have
some ideas as to how to build a greenhouse."

among our natural recourses list. We would agree to trade with
you those, as well as provide some of our high quality steel, in
exchange for some other recourses. Namely, construction of
