Section 1: There shall be a Security Council composed of three
permanent members and two members elected by the Assembly of
Nations.

The first hurdle here is who are the permanent members? Caos,
Uniformitarian, and someone else would be my suggestions.

Damn. That's gonna be hard... I'm not sure who the most active
permanent members are...
This would be much easier with more people on. :/

Building active members on here will probably take a bit. Not
everyone that joins the region is going to come here, obviously.
;) And even some of those that do will probably not be active.

This sounds very much like the EU over the UN. I do agree with
much of what the Article states. If we were to select leaders
for a permanent position, I say we look at the member list and
go from there to see who is the most active and what exactly
they are active in. This is only a purposed idea though.

Well, I would, except that there's only really three people ever
on. Now, for reasons I'm not going to disclose, I don't feel it
would be fair to promote him to a place of high responsibility.
I would, however, feel alright to promote the NEXT most active
member. Probably you :P

I say make a poll for who should hold permanent positions then
allow people to apply to it and give a reason or debate on to
why they should be the one elected to the position.
