FT WMDs are basically planetary bombardment. Imma say that as
long as it actually takes time, like orbital bombardment, it's
fine.
Everything else is perfectly fine. I'll probably find out later
that I'm crazy when I said this, but it's wonderful.

Added where the money comes from sections and may make
committees section. what types of majority do we want for votes?

Well, for constitutional changes... basically 8/10. For the

I'm a little tired and was just making sure that what I thought
was right actually was right before I wrote something that said

I was thinking of using a constructive vote of no confidence

I think the security council should govern itself. Congress
can't have all the power

bound together by an international council.
