Realizing that RPs have the potential to, and will, go afoul due
to a lack of moderation,
Recognizing the need to have an RP moderator that fits the below
characteristics,
Congress Hereby Mandates that, by a vote of Majority in
Congress, an Rp moderator is chosen to moderate the RPs that the
region conducts.
The Moderator can:
- Deem a post a Godmod or Metagame, should it contradict with
the understood rules of Rp, realism, and science
- Request that an individual rewrite his post, or petition to
have it deleted
- Stop the Rp for the time being to revise, check, or examine
the quality and necessity of posts
- Put an individual on post moderation for repeat offenses
- Act as a Global Moderator should the need arise
The RP moderator cannot:
- End the RP completely
- Delete posts WITHOUT permission
- Abuse his power in any way shape or form
- Blackmail, Threaten, or demand that an individual conform with
his personal ideals
The Rp mod must be:
- Open to technological advancements
- Knowledgable on modern day advancements, as well as historical
statistics
- Knowledgable on Rp, with experience
- Open to reasonable modifications and technology to adapt to
other scenarios
- NO PREVIOUS OFFENSES that resulted in a warning in the past
two months, or any post moderations in the past six months, or a
temporary ban since creation
- Respectable

What would constitute an abuse of power? What one person
considers an abuse another might not.
Instead of personal ideals, do you actually mean personal ideas?

While I understand what you are trying to do here, and in the
future it will probably be needed, I don't think it is right now
with the community as small as it is. Right now consensus should
be easy to achieve and if nothing else we can fall back on " all
bow before the great and powerful Caos." ;) That last part is a
joke.
