Kai Ping
Governor of the New Vulcan-Mojavia Colony
Kai Ping was born 30 years prior before the dual Laptev-Barlat
Cold War depriving the IGF control of Earth in 2446. His father
Timok in 2416 was a key member in the founding of the IGF when
the United Federation of Planets fell into disarray and some
elements of the Federation forge ties with elements klingon
factions breaking away from the Klingon Empire that helped in
the forming the Intergalactic Federacy. In 2450 during the
battle of the Vulcan System after planet Vulcan was nearly
sucked into a black hole after a big war against several nations
of the Laptev Axis and Bartlat Concordiat, part of the Vulcan
population left the 40 Eridani A system for Mojavia that is
located deep in the Gamma Quadrant which is the second moon of
the Gaia-Hera double planet system, which they settled upon a
new planet which they call it New Vulcan. However there is a
lot about about their new home which is quite different which is
a lush forest planet as to their old home was a more desert
planet. The Mojavia Accord has been agreed and signed by both
Vulcan and Trekylon Imperial governments for joint
administration of the moon. Kai Ping was appointed by the New
Vulcan-Mojavia Colonial Council to be governor. Ever since Kai
Ping desires a return to reunify with the Vulcans that remained
in the home system and has been in close contact with Vulcan
Administrator K'Les which conditions upon a Vulcan Reunification
has not become possible yet due to the dual Laptev-Barlat Cold
War holding the IGF and its member states in a militaristic
stalemate against its enemies.

J'Ruk Tahon
Ambassador from Vulcan
J'Ruk Tahon was born in 2310 to his father Sojol and his mother
Kerol in Shikahr on planet Vulcan who was half human, half
Vulcan born in the African Confederation on Earth. However it
was around age 10 mysteriously that his father left Vulcan and
never heard from again. always wanted to know what happened to
his father. As J'Ruk grew older his relations with his mother
were quite difficult as she desired J'Ruk to attend the Vulcan
Science Academy and J'Ruk desired to join Starfleet Academy.
J'Ruk had his way which he attended Starfleet Academy on Earth
in 2329 and graduated in 2333 going on being a science officer.
His first assignment was in 2333 aboard a Constellation Class
vessel the USS Stargazer along side the young Captain Jean Luc
Picard. Jack Crusher died in 2354 on the Stargazer and J'Ruk was
tapped to join Captain Picard to help deliver Jack Crusher’s
remains to his widow Beverly. This was the first time J'Ruk saw
death up close and learned life really is fragile in the
universe.
It was in Cardassian Wars the Stargazer saw action against the
Cardassians. The Stargazer was offered a truce. Captain Picard
made the mistake by lowering shields to a Cardassian vessel
which the Stargazer’s weapons and impulse engines were disabled.
Luckily the Stargazer regrouped and fled. J'Ruk was promoted to
Lieutenant. In 2355 However near the Maxia Zeta System the
Stargazer was severely damaged but however Captain Picard
managed to destroy the unknown vessel which turned out to be a
Ferengi vessel. J'Ruk's career was put in jeopardy as Picard was
court martialed for losing the ship and later absolved of the
charges. J'Ruk’s career was not in danger as Starfleet spared
him and spent some years reconnecting with his mother on Vulcan
for a small period of time. J'Ruk was awarded the Starfleet
Purple Heart for being wounded and surviving the Battle of
Maxia.
In 2364 he resumed his career as science officer aboard the USS
Enterprise D under Captain Jean Luc Picard. J'Ruk was promoted
to Lt. Commander after the mission at Aldea after the rescue of
Wesley Crusher(son of Dr. Beverly Crusher and late Jack
Crusher). It was during the events of possible unification with
the Romulans (TNG episode: Unification 1 & 2) that J'Ruk learned
from Federation Ambassador Spock privately that his father Sojol
was living on Romulus married to a Romulan woman named Lenr and
daughter named Niseh. J'Ruk refused to take the opportunity at
this time to go to Romulus undercover to sneak around to meet
his father, his newly stepmother and step sister.
In 2371 when the USS Enterprise D crashed on Veridian III, J'Ruk
was a survivor among the crew. The famed Captain Kirk from the
23rd Century was buried with honor on Veridian III which J'Ruk
took a few moments of silence before leaving the planet. J'Ruk
was promoted to commander and reassigned to the USS Poseidon, a
Intrepid Class ship that was one of many of this new class
vessel in the fleet. In 2373 during the Battle of Sector OO1
against the Borg the USS Poseidon’s captain fell to his death in
a side swipe attack move against a Borg Cube when it returned
fire. J'Ruk took command as its Captain and steered the vessel
in a commanding victory which on this side of the timeline was
saved and in part of Captain Picard of the USS Enterprise E
defeating the Borg.
It was sometime after 2373 that his stepmother Lenr made contact
with the USS Poseidon to speak with him since it was an
emergency. His own father was killed by agents of Tal Shiar, the
Romulan Star Empire’s intelligence agency. Yet he refused the
advice by his step mother to go to Romulus to learn the truth
about his father and why he left him at an early age while
keeping his emotions in check as it is a characteristic of the
Vulcan species. It was not till around 2380 that the
Romulan-Vulcan peace was possible after the fall of Praetor
Shinzon he tried to make contact with his stepmother having
second thoughts to take a chance to know the truth but Shinzon
had her killed. Only his step sister Niseh was alive and was a
starship officer aboard the Valdore, a Romulan vessel that
participated during Shinzon’s rampage against Captain Picard and
his USS Enterprise E. From Niseh’s words he learned that his
father was a Section 31 operative disguised as a Romulan living
on Romulus to spy on the Romulan government and accidentally
fell in love with a Romulan woman. His father left Vulcan
because he had a sense of duty and had to give up his family for
a secret life. The life of J'Ruk was changed after that and a
new sense of anger knowing that his father and stepmother were
killed by the Romulans. In 2416 J'Ruk resigned his starfleet
commission to become an Vulcan ambassador to resolve tensions
when the United Federation of Planets fell into disarray shortly
before the discovery that Klingon Empire and Romulan Star Empire
forged an alliance forming The Klingon-Romulan Alliance and
making Ty'Gokor the capitol world of the alliance.

Sabaal
Leader of the New Maquis Coalition
Sabaal is a Vulcan that defected from the New Vulcan-Mojavia
Colony. She had a falling out with Kai Ping after the relocation
in the Gamma Quadrant being separated from the home system in
the Alpha Quadrant. However she is a very rebellious Vulcan
seeking to lead the New Maquis with help of the Breen
Confederacy. Sabaal has made a vow to shoot off the head who
caused the Vulcans to separate and partly blame Kai Ping for it.
