       The Vicariate of Hapsburgia is a central state in Europa,
       located between Pruesen, Byzantia-Osmanlia, Po'lonya (Heran) and
       Mare Romanun. Created by the Act of Convention signed as part of
       the larger Convention of Imperiopolis, Hapsburgia is a
       collection of several smaller states united by a common ruler,
       military, foreign policy, and currency: the State of Vindobona,
       the Duchy of Slava, the Archduchy of Ofen and the State of
       Kriegsland. Taking its name as an homage to the ancient Hapsburg
       dynasty of Old Earth (Earth Prime), the vicariate is ruled by
       Prince Anakin Torrenos Harvey of the former Trekylonian imperial
       house of Harvey, adopted son of former emperor Michael I. This
       has expanded his title to such a degree that all official
       signatures and stamps have his titles Prince of Inuyashia,
       Nominal Heir to Trekylon (considered an honorary title only),
       Duke of Slava, Prince of Vindobona, Archduke of Ofen and Prince
       of Kriegsland.
       Because Prince Anakin was such a strong proponent of the United
       Gaian Nations Organization, Vindobona was selected to be the
       headquarters of the UGNO Body, with Anakin serving as host.
       Hapsburgia is also the seat of the Trekylonian Catholic Church,
       and as such has earned the title of vicariate. It is the only
       Gaian nation-state with an adopted member of the former ruling
       dynasty of Trekylon, despite active Barlat opposition.
       Hapsburgia is a mountainous country with a coastal plain and a
       moderate coastline to connect it commercially with the Sahelian
       nation-states to the south, Byzantia-Osmanlia to the east and
       southeast, and the Imperial provinces to the west.
