Possible Planet/Race

I was watching Star Trek Insurrection and I thought that it
might be cool to have a planet where people are stuck at a
certain age. Like late teens/early 20s. It could be molecular or
another reason. I also had an idea that maybe Severus has been
hiding there and has taken the children there while he came to
the secret meeting. Let me know what you think?

I think the idea is sound. There would have to be a strong
starship to traverse the Briar Patch.....and fortunately, I have
a ship in mind....once I snatch it from the rebels, that is.

Then it would have to be set up separately from the civil war,
as there are already too many branching events there. Other than
that, I'm onboard.
