We Need your help to identify this "Mystery Chip". Please look
at the photos. We already know that a TO-127 transistor is
attached to the top of these parts, but even with 9 years of
research we have yet to identify the main part of this
       nurnie......HELP!!!!!!!!! ;D
Remember this Electronic part was manufactured 1985 or earlier.
       Military surplus?

You know the more I look at this it more so reminds me of a
NPN,PNP Pre-Biased Transistor Array than a DC to DC converter.
The body looks like it would be mounted to the casing of
something to help keep it cool. It has six pins that a NPN, PNP
amplifier would have. I'm really thinking it is not a DC to DC
converter at all. I'll have to show this to a friend for I
think he might have a good idea.

Hi, Terry! What if we have not a chip, but the 6 pins chip with
       a little heat sink+mounting plate (marked 1-6)

I couldn't tell you what those parts are, but the rectangular
parts to the right that are finned look to be resistors of some
sort. Possibly Dale resistors but with the contacts removed.
