3D Printed Mini J5 Head

Recently I printed the mini J5 head. There were a couple spots
that will need cleaning up but overall it printed well.
As you can I see, I made some modifications to the file. The
major thing is the "cap" to insert the servo.
I also hollowed out behind the eyes, mostly to remove excess
material, but also to be able to put lights in the eyes at some
point.

I saw your post a few weeks ago. Dude, that looks AMAZING. I was
gushing about it for a long while after I saw it. Just WOW. I
couldn't shut up about it. It came out exactly as cadded. May I
ask what printer you used?

It was printed on a Form 1. Haven't gotten around to detail
painting yet, hoping to do so soon.
I also printed a base with the servo spline so I can mount the
head somewhere. I'm thinking of also printing the neck
cylinders and structure so that it fits around the base stand
and can rotate with the head.
One though was to mount the whole thing on a little project box
and a little control board inside that turns the head and plays
sounds, perhaps triggered by a motion sensor.

A little progress.....
Eye flaps! At least the top ones. I added some small features
to the flaps to attach some 0.047" steel rods. It was a tight
fit after printing, but they went in and are now poseable :)
Hoping to get those lower flaps on this weekend, maybe some
painting.
