Hi, Terry and the team! I'm start to design the lower torso
covering and i have a problem: The arc of the LT cover
intersects with the base top plate.

I have the same problem. The fault is at our cradle base top
plate desing. I recommend you change your design or do what I
did since I already had the cradle base made. I modified my
lower torso covering to avoid inteference. I`m not happy about
it but at least it works.
Kind regards
Robert

Hi Guys,
I see your stuck and I'm doing something I
normally do not do.....post specific details. First....PLEASE be
sure to download all of the Pictures and Trip Videos from the
Input-inc.com website if you have not already done so. ;D
99% of any issues you have with your designs can be figured out
if you study that documentation and spend (like me and the Team)
9 years doing so...LOL.
The pictures should be self explanatory. Note: Please remember
that the lower Torso side plate MUST be "notched" to a smaller
radius or the covering will NOT fit nor be able to rotate back
under and into the cradle base at the bottom cutout. You have to
account for the thickness of the covering into your
calculations!
Hope this helped.
Thanks,
Terry.
