Why Do You Need To Move Everything?
By: Generic Date: April 30, 2024, 12:11 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
You are staying for 2 nights, why do you think you need to move
everything around? The luggage rack, the pillows on the couch,
the ottoman... why do you think it all needs a new home, for
       your two nights?
And when you tell me that the batteries in the remote are dead
and I give you replacements... don't steal them. Yes, I tested
       the remote the next day!

Even worse is when they have acquaintances/family in another
room and they move furniture from one room to another, and don't
       put it back.
I had one case were they did that, but I didn't know the people
in Room A were related to people in Room B. So when Room A left,
and I discovered a missing chair, I charged their card
immediately. The next day, when Room B left, there was the
missing chair, in the wrong room. So I had to reverse the charge
to their credit card. A hassle!

Went today to prepare Room D for guests. The chair was missing.
It was in room E. I had to take it, because... well, Room D
       needs it for the desk.
Why do you think you have a right to walk into a prepared clean
       room and take items?

People are fun, aren't they? These days most of my furnishing
and pictures are screwed to the wall, going to have to bring
       your tools to make changes.
Batteries are bad. I'll come check as most times it really means
they don't know how to use the remote or pressed too many
       buttons.

I have had pillows taken from a room and once the rocking chair
was moved from one room to another (that sucker is heavy)!
Aggravating. Thankfully such things are rare.[/quote]

       Yes! I bought this kit
  HTML https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BPD2MJZD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title<br
/>from Amazon. Once you figure out the installation, it's easy.
Once hung and locked to the wall, the only way to remove the art
from the wall is if you have the special wrench to release it,
unless you're willing to rip the painting off the wall and
       damage things!

That sounds like a smart add. I often move the art around.
Like when I get a new piece. But locking it in place makes a
       ton of sense.

You can also hang it normally and then put in the Command strips
       for art.
  HTML https://www.amazon.com/Command-Picture-Decorate-Damage-Free-PH206-14NA/dp/B073XR4X72
The thing is, it's hook and loop, so when you push it down, it's
connected and guests are too afraid to pull it and damage walls.
It also means that when it's level, it stays level.
