Tell me What Time - then please come

I ask my guests what time they want breakfast in the morning. I
ask each evening.
Yesterday they wanted 9 AM. Great! Last night, they said they
wanted an earlier breakfast if possible. Certainly, what time? 7
AM. I sent them a text last night to remind them that the time
was changing - Spring ahead 1 hour!
I got up at 5 AM, fixed breakfast timed to be ready at 7 AM.7:30
came - and went. 8:00 I finally hear them coming down.
Fortunately, I had breakfast in a serving dish that was
oven-proof and by 7:30 put it in the oven to stay warm.
It is now 9:30, they have loaded the car, but are back upstairs.
I actually have ALL the dishes done!

I only buy frying pans with metal handles and then buy a
silicone sleeve for them. They can all go into the oven

The frying pan could go in the oven - the pork sausage was still
in the oven I had the fried tater & onions in the serving dish
in the oven while I did the scrambled eggs. Added them to the
dish at 7:30, turned off the oven and left them till they came
down. All was still but not as good as it was at 7!ot

Frustrating when they are late. Especially after requesting an
extra early time.

Breakfast is hot at 7, warm at 7:30 and cold at 8. Their late
arrival does not change a thing for you. They should expect that
it won't be at their best

I had 7:30a people on the daylight change day. They were on
time though! I like the early ones. Love being able to get all
the breakfast cleaning out of the way so I can get right on the
changeovers when they leave. :)
