On the buffet SMH

Witnessed this morning on the buffet:
Gentleman bypasses the serving utensil to spear his quiche with
his fork, then bypasses a separate serving utensil and grabs two
pieces of bacon with his fingers.
Gentlewoman takes a teaspoon to stir her coffee, and when
finished, puts it back into the cup of spoons from whence she
had gotten it.
Gentleman serves himself some pancakes into the underlines for
the serving utensil and used that instead of a plate from the
pile to the right of the serving utensil.

Incorrect terminology used. Neither is gentle-anything. Ignorant
pigs is insulting pigs. Nuff said.

My own response was going to be that some people are pigs, but

Is that point that I would be looking at them and saying "Excuse
me?" or people in the Southern US would be saying "Bless your
heart
