       This is why I am reluctant to list static rates on my website.
       We have 3 different classes of rooms and rates vary by day and
       season. Even if I say rates are "from" a certain number, folks
       don't differentiate between a small room in April and a large
       room in a peak time. I got tired of the argument, easier to just
       say put in your dates and it will tell you what is available,
       and the price and you can reserve on the site. Lazy in old age.

       I use Yield Management in ResKey, so rates automatically change
       based on the day and the number of rooms still available. So I
       stopped posting rates on the website long ago, and just say,
       "Rates vary based on availability. To see the exact room rate,
       select Book Now and enter your dates and number of people for
       the room you want." It has made my life MUCH easier, and Yield
       Management puts a few thousand extra dollars in my pocket each
       year.
