Help me write a disclaimer to head off complaints

We have good WiFi. Complimentary, never charged. It’s good,
not great. It is the best available for a non commercial usage
in our area. Our area is the end of the earth. We don’t have
fiber optics. We have few cell towers. We are the end of
the earth.
We had our WiFi upgraded one year ago and it is “fine.”
This week, we had two stock traders complaining. Two at once.
Maybe too much high level usage at one time.
Now I’m going to add info to our WiFi password paragraph.
Help me get it right,
“WiFi adequately supports standard communication usage for
multiple devises. It may not be able to support high level
usage such as multi-player games or streaming multiple
channels.”
Please don’t get too technical. I know we are at the highest
bits available for our size property in our area.

I just talk to guests in what I write. Your words sound good to
me. Want to be more straightforward "We have good, free WIFI.
Want to check your email, browse the net, no problem. Plan to do
mission critical work, play fast games, stream multiple
channels, no promises, we are in a rural area".
You say you had your WIFI upgraded, does this mean increased
speed from your provider, or new router, equipment etc.? Even
providers have issues from time to time, if there was a problem
it may not have been you. There are routers and access points
that can provide better service than the stuff we purchase
locally depending on what you currently use.

New router. Way better than before.
I like your approach. In my former life, I was a compliance
officer. We write that stuff about, “past performance is
not an indication of future results” and such. Meaning,
no promises that your investment will grow.

WiFi works well for basic communication across multiple devices
but may not handle advanced tasks (gaming or streaming).

Good stuff. Thanks.
WiFi is available at no additional cost. Please Note: WiFi
works well for basic communication across multiple devices but
may not handle high level usage such as on-line gaming or
streaming.
I almost changed ‘May not’ to ‘will
not’. But I kept it optimistic. .
Also didn’t say, “and don’t even think about
zoom meetings!”
It actually does support zoom meetings. I’ve used it many
times for on line meetings. But likely mot much else at the
same time.

Post the speed. And add the speed to wherever you describe
internet available.

Update, after several complaints last week, none since I added
the disclaimer. I put it befor the password info so you have
to read it as you are looking for the password.
This is by no means a scientific study, and to be sure, the
complainers last week were BIG users (two trading commodities at
dawn and one streaming a movie), but I’m happy to think the
disclaimer is working.
