Is this too snippy?

I get my ground pork and venison in 1.5 lb sleeves - that is the
way the butcher packs them. I have tried using different phrases
to ask people to choose ONE meat for their breakfast. I tried,
one meat per breakfast. OK I can see where that is a bit
misleading. So I changed it to One mdeat per morning. the
one-night couples are ZSTILL telling me 2 meats. The couple
coming in tomorrow have said he wants bacon and she wants
venison sausage!!
Then I got a reservation yesterday for Saturday - 1 night. I
changed wording again in the Confirmation Letter. Is this clear
without being snippy (or bitchy)? One meat per room, please.
I got lucky this time, they also chose the venison sausage so It
will not be wasted.
September has started with a bang! Between Sept. 1 and 5 I will
have had 4 room nights. Woohoo! Do not laugh, Generic, for me
that is awesome as well as exhausting. (As of now 11 room nights
for September. An excellent month.)

For forms:
Breakfast is freshly prepared for your room each morning! Please
choose one signature meat selection for your party to share:
[ ] House Venison Sausage
[ ] Ground Pork Sausage
(Please note: To ensure fresh preparation, options are selected
per room rather than per person.)
For email:
To help us prepare your freshly made breakfast, please let us
know which meat option your room would prefer for your stay. Our
butcher prepares these in fresh batches, so we ask that both
guests agree on one shared choice (either pork or venison).
Or short and to the point:
Breakfast Meat Selection (Select 1 for your room):
[ ] Venison Sausage
[ ] Pork Sausage
Note: Selections are per room/table to allow for fresh,
batch-prepared breakfasts.
So you always say "per room", so they know it's not a per person
choice.
Or you could add a "second selection per room available at a $10
per person upcharge. Initial here to accept this extra charge",
so if they do pick two, they need to initial it and accept that
you are going to charge them extra for it.

Yes, the "one meat per room" language is clear. Let the couples
fight it out.
