       Checkout is 11AM

       Well, the guests today discovered that when we say that checkout
       is 11AM... it's 11AM. They came back 15 minutes late to the room
       only to find out that the items they left on the bed were moved,
       the bed was stripped, the towels were stripped, the bath mat was
       gone and we were already in progress of turning over the room.
       He said he wanted to take a quick shower and she quickly shot
       him down, realizing the lay of the land... 11AM is 11AM. And the
       towels on the rack have already been replaced.
       Next time, set your phone to get you back on time

       Absolutely! I'll usually give them some extra time if they ask
       in advance, but taking a shower after check out time is pushing
       it! I make about $1000/year charging people for late check out,
       when I can offer it. Not a lot of money, but it lets them know
       that the time has value to the inn.
