       Customer Service... in July

       Guest arriving tomorrow. Must have been at least 10 phone calls
       and at least that number of emails. I am SO CLOSE to just
       refunding and telling them to find another place to stay. July
       is NOT the month to push my buttons... and neither is a small
       B&B. Wants the room before noon. Like I can stand there and kick
       out the previous guest just because he wants to check in early.

       I feel your pain. I've had a few similar to that over the years.
       A couple of times I DID refund the deposit and tell them they
       need to be at a hotel with a 24 hour help desk. I don't want
       people who can't take care of themselves for the most part.
