Guest for 2 days via BK. Had to text to finally check-in. Never
shows for breakfast (so tell us no breakfast, why make us make
you a breakfast and not show up.
Go into the room today... the duvet cover has a giant wine stain
plus many other food stains. Didn't say a word to us about it.
Well... hope you weren't on planning on returning because you
aren't.
There are two ways to deal with a stain... tell us, so we know
what it is and we can treat it. Or bribe us, so we don't care
what it is, we'll treat it and make it go away.
Neither was done. End result... if you want to come back, you
aren't. And we have notified BK of why you are not to be allowed
back.
I really wish there was a good guest club where we could offer
discounts to those who treat us with dignity.

Sorry to hear. The bad ones make you appreciate the good ones,
but it's the memories of the bad ones that really stick with
you. Also memories of the idiots.
For instance, a guy returned late Saturday night and parked
right against another guest's rear bumper, blocking them in.
When the blocked guests couldn't get out to leave this morning,
it was with great pleasure that I knocked and knocked and
finally woke the blockhead blocker up and made him, very
sleepily, move his car. What was he thinking when he parked like
that? Idiot.

They don't think. The latest nonsense has been with X no longer
giving phone numbers. So we have to ask for PIN for both BK and
X (Maybe we should assign a PIN instead) and since BK does, my
partner doesn't look and gives them the last 4 digits of their
phone number and mixes it up and I have to deal with the
backlash.
And don't even start on the reviewer who decided to fake facts.
UGH!

What is with the stars over the reservation on ResKey? I never
noticed them until last week when a couple who booked 3 nights
came to visit a relative. I invited them to bring the relative
to breakfast - declined. The second breakfast was NOT one of my
finest - one of those days when things went wonky - one of the
VERY few in 30 years. AFTER I got home from getting some things
to make their last breakfast VERY special, they texted they were
not having breakfast in the morning. OK, thank you for telling
me. THEN after they left and I went to add the payment/checkout,
I notice 2 stars on the reservation. WHAT is THAT? Who (other
than me) will see that? Cannot please everyone - just wish I
knew what it is and who else sees it (assuming that is their
rating of me - sigh).

On the reservation page itself It will not copy the box with the
starts & other icons. It is on thew same lines as Reservation
Details then this bar then the Cancel Save boxes

Those stars are related to the reservation status. They are
internal within ResKey, nothing seen by guests.

Interesting - I never noticed that before. I must have hit them
