I’m hearing air is having a bit of a crash in users. The get
rich quick gang is unable to make their minimums. We may have
a housing market value crash.

I just heard on the radio that AIR is down by 50% this year.
People who thought they were going to "cash in" with AIR rentals
are finding themselves with mortgages and no or few rentals.
My thought is - an not nice cut... - Hooray for our side!

Very satisfying. More cities are also coming down harder on air
and verbo properties. I don't have any issues if the owner is
onsite, but these out of state people who buy up available
properties to leave them empty during the week and party houses
on the weekends deserve everything that happens to them.

That's not just an issue with Air, that guy really had it
coming.
I've met some people who purchased 8 to 12 homes in the local
housing market to put on STR. Not working out for them.
I get called by an Air rep from time to time. Probably change
the clientele I'm used to dealing with, so not great

One of the things that I noticed after Air started up... all the
problem clients... switched and the good clients stayed. They
knew that they could get away with all the crap with no one
around to watch them do it. So AirBnB is great, it's absentee
owners. I haven't had someone try to show up 5 for a room
reserved for 2 for years now. It's like they absorbed every
abusive person.
