Suddenly - the phone is ringing- and online is humming!

Suddenly I am getting reservations! Although 2 multi-nights
cancelled (one was at funeral rate) I got a few last minute
reservations that covered that gap!
My extended stay moved out today. Gonna miss him. I now have
reservations in October! Unheard of!
Forgot to take a photo of this mornings fruit - I played with it
this morning. But was able toalmost recreate it - there were
more strawberries on each this morning.

Breakfast tomorrow is Chocolate Pistachio French Toast. I have
11. We have a few gaps in September. Which is normal. There is
usually a small lull between Labour Day and Thanksgiving (our
Thanksgiving). It used to be a time where we would get older
ladies travelling alone, who were problematic, needing a lot of
hand holding. But that was before COVID.

Today Omade Blueberry Breakfast Quesadillas. They liked them!
Easy and good.

Well, the first two decided they only eat continental breakfast.
So, of the 12 pieces that I made to serve 11, I then have 3 left
over.
And then 2 didn't come for breakfast. So now, I have 5 pieces
left over. Only one person asked for syrup, so I guess it was
sweet enough without it.

Congratulations! For me, the last 3 weeks have been slowest I've
seen since I opened! For some reason, everything always slows
down around the time school starts back up, but I've never seen
it this slow before. Next week, and the next, look pretty
normal, though. Hoping this slow down was a fluke.
