Guest Geographic Change

So, anyone else seeing a change in the origin of their guests?
We are. Quite different this year from last.

Not seeing a significant change in where guests come from, but a
big drop in visits overall: revenue for first half of 2025 is
down 25% from last year. Fewer tourists for sure, meaning fewer
people travelling just to see Oregon, so most guests are
travelling the west coast of coming to Eugene for track and
field events.

No real change here. Hard to tell because a lot of May was
blocked with Hotels on the Hill, then a weekend that paid the
bills of May, followed by my fall. The Long-term guy (that is
saving my butt) is booked into September in one of the shared
rooms and most of June has been blocked expecting my daughter
las week but she will be here next week. I have a 2-night booked
the first weekend in August.
Not doing much, mostly none, marketing either until after I know
what is happening with my back/hips. Doc did mention surgery may
be in the future - and will submit to whatever.
I am not a tourist mecca thankfully. The long-term guy pays
enough (no breakfast) to pay my bills so I am OK.
