Close To The End of Season

We are a week +2 days away from end of season... We haven't
really had a day off since Easter weekend, so that's the
beginning of April. We should remember to take a few days off in
the middle for ourselves.
Got a 3/5 (6/10) review today. Funny, we got a complaint about
him this morning because he was yelling on his phone at 5AM...
but can't do anything about it, because he checked out. Replied
to review as if he missed mentioning all the wonderful things
about us and ran the reply as an ad!
Guest arrival last night didn't go well, but we couldn't do much
about it, since we were at a $100 PP fancy dinner. Tried calling
guest, finally texted and through a few messages got that
everything was fine. The camera cut out before we could see that
he got in fine. Luckily, we could see that he was in. And we
could check online to see that the room lights were on.
Guest that was leaving didn't tell us that they weren't having
breakfast, ugh! Why do people do that? How hard is it to say,
sorry, we won't be there for breakfast, so don't waste because
of us.

breakfast, ugh! Why do people do that? How hard is it to say,
sorry, we won't be there for breakfast, so don't waste because
of us.
Guest: I paid for breakfast to they are going to have to cook
it! Me: thank you Mr. Guest for the lovely breakfast this
morning. I enjoyed it much more than the usual grab whatever I
usually have.

Except that I don't eat the same breakfast that the guests do.
I'm bagel and a café au lait :)

One reason I sere Gamily-style is that I work for food. If it is
in the serving dish, it is OK.
